Litehouse is an Experience Management Platform that will create, manage, and scale tomorrow’s smart city, stadium, and destination experiences. It began as interactive and immersive physical experiences with rich media marketing campaigns and is now becoming an integrated platform for deeply engaging customer experiences across connected spaces; physical, digital, and virtual. Litehouse will provide the end-to-end orchestration of data, systems, and applications to manage connected spaces as an integrated technology platform for The Anaheim Ducks, Honda Center Arena, and upcoming OCVIBE district.
Role
We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager, Platform (Mid-level) to bring their voice, strategy, and flexibility to facilitating the development of future connected experiences. The right candidate can think of complex features end-to-end that involve many different types of users, use cases and surfaces. They thrive in ambiguous spaces, use their strategic and creative minds to lead 0-1 features all while collaborating furiously with designers and engineers to support user needs as well as short- and long-term product goals. They come with a growing playbook of skills and tactics for involving stakeholders, leaders, teammates, and collaborators at the right time in the development process and telling the story of a product/feature, both before, during and after it has been made. Additionally, their passion for creating expansive systems, utilizing emerging technologies, and enabling immersive experiences will be an incredible value add for this role and our team.
This Technical Product Manager, Platform role will bring Litehouse’s future vision to life; pushing the boundaries and exceeding the limitations of current digital and physical experiences through understanding, exploring, and delivering world-class product solutions. Our leaders and customers know that turning on Litehouse’s sprawling feature set and orchestrating mass users, data, and spaces at scale requires unique and passionate people, ready to make big impacts on a complex and evolving product and market space.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product development process for all features/products you are the lead on, from idea to delivery, storytelling, and iteration.
- Delivering products (from minimally-viable to fully mature) with prioritized features and corresponding justification, informed by extensive user and market research
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements related to our complex technical architecture
- Understand and investigate problems through the lens of multiple users, data, systems, and spaces
- Conduct competitive research to establish strong points-of-view and product judgment for our value proposition
- Hand off clear documentation and facilitate group consensus on approach with design and engineering teams to create the best solution to user problems
- Participating in the creation and management of product strategies and roadmaps
- Ensuring compliance with product department security and brand standards
- Leading user/customer feedback programs and organizing, analyzing, and reporting associated data to senior executives in support of improved customer experience, retention, and revenue
- Seek out opportunities for improvement, set development goals, and face setbacks with resiliency
- Build a strong Product Management organization through culture, process, and milestones
Requirements
- 3 year’s experience in Product Management
- Experience working on Saas (software as a service/B2B/webapp) products
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products using industry standards and best practices for both technical/non-technical end users with use cases that show proven learnings and insights
- Examples of at least two effective product management-related documents delivered in the past two years
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A love for building strong foundational features that work for multiple complex use cases
- Highly proficient in workflow management, product management and engineering management tools (JIRA, Asana, Productboard, Google Suite/Microsoft, Monday.com, etc.)
- Knowledge of data infrastructure and product analytics
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Demonstrated skill in navigating complex organizations, prioritizing work, and project multitasking
- Content Management System, Mobile, or Event and Entertainment design experience preferred
- Remote work experience preferred
- Immersive and Experiential design experience preferred
- Hockey or general sports fan preferred
